Termination of a Registered Dealer/Reseller:
A registered dealer/reseller who has not communicated with us for an extended period of time, and also failed to respond to our inquiries is considered inactive, and subject to termination. After we determined that the registered dealer/reseller is inactive, we will send out a final notice to the dealer/reseller as to the termination of the dealer/reseller status. If the inactive dealer/reseller fails to respond to our final notice within 30 days, then we reserve the right to remove the inactive dealer/reseller from our dealer/reseller list and program.
