Title: Computer Crash

Hi

I have been using the uk version 8.7 for some time.

After a computer crash I have not been able to access my old files. I am able to run ezPower but none of the sales or po details are there.

I have recovered the disk but don't know what file to look for or where.

Any ideas gratefully appreciated

Did you install the software on a new computer?  What Windows OS?

no the disk was ghosted to another one.

Windows 7

I have also tried copying directories. The program works but the data is not there??

Any help gratefully received

Windows 7 doesn't allow data in the program files directory like it used to be stored in older Windows versions.  Open the ezPower POS folder wide.  You will see a Compatibility Files button. Click that to see where W7 is storing files.  Put you old ezp folder in there.
