Hi, I am having issue with one of my products. When I go to Reports, then Products and then Sold Product Summary. I get one product showing me profits in negative when it should be positive.
Could you please assist with that.

Open the item in the Product Edit window and check the Avg Cost. You may need to reset the Avg Cost in the Product Control window using the Tools / Set Avg cost to cost.

We sent you an update that may have fixed what caused this. We found a combination of steps that gave an incorrect calculation of Avg Cost when doing a refund.
