Report: Inventory / Stock Status.  This will list Stock, Order Point, and Short.
The Purchase Order window can calculate how much each item is short.

A slight change was made.  It's optional now.  Open the Settings / General.  Check the box "Show Duplicate UPC Matches".

Those reports are the large format only.  The only reports that fit on 3" will come up as a 3" report on the monitor.  For example, the z-out is 3".
There is no Italian language version.
Yes, you can purchase the software.
Partial means that only the scales screen is translated (mostly).

Our computer (reg #1) has been having problems and they seem to be related to a bad (corrupted) drive. Bought new computer and I'm trying to load everything on it so we can swap out the old one.
I have loaded Ver14 network onto it but have not been able to restore the backup on the new computer. I know it's something simple but it's beyond me. We are currently using the old (soon to be replaced) computer because we are still open for business. I was hoping to get things up and running on the new one so we could just bring it up after we close so we can start fresh the next day.

Is setting up the new computer as #1 while we still have the one in front set as #1 causing the problem?

 If so is there any way to set things up so it is a relatively painless and simple process?

Also do I just use the backup to install the information onto the new computer?
You can just copy the "ezp" folder to the new computer.

Sorry but I'm just stuck as how to do this (as usual).

I assume the "ezp" files that I backup daily is what needs to be imported or installed on the new computer. If so at least I am kind of on the right track.

When you view reports, they will either be the narrow roll paper format (~3 columns).  Or the full sheet format (up to 10 columns).  The narrow format should work on your 80mm paper.  The supplier report will not fit.

If you don't have the password use the one I emailed to you.  Open the Managers window and Settings / Security.  Use the p/w to turn security off or to enter your own p/w.

I believe you can.  Open the Reports and use the Inventory / History and Trace.  Click on the date you want.

We received your email with the same question.
Follow the sharing directions on the server first.  The directions are in the Help Document (Network Setup).
On the 2nd computer you should remove this file so that the setup can begin at the beginning.  Open the
C:\Users\Public\Documents\DR14
and remove "LocalFileNames.plf".
Now run the software to enter Register#2 and find the server.

They all mostly have the same functions.  But the cashier interfaces are different.  I think you would want either the General Retail or the Restaurant version.  These versions are easy to use with services and products without a barcode.

A charge can now be added to a sale to offset the credit card service charge.  The charge may be taxed (optional).  This update is for version 14.  Send support an email to see if you are eligible.  Older versions may require an update and small charge.  Here is how to set it up after you get the update:
 
1 – create a Fee% product.  Put the %amount (10) in the Price field. Here are the suggested settings in red:

2 – change Charge to Service Charge (or something).
(see pic2 attached)

3 - Settings / Payment Methods, select the Service Fee% product.

I don't have a procedure myself as we don't have walk-in customers.
Maybe start with this:
1 - use Make A Payment
2 - select the customers name
3 - New Payment button
4 - select the payment type
5 - print payment receipt.
6 - select the payment and Invoice, use Apply Payment

What exactly are you needing?  You can use the report Customer / Customers with a Balance to see the balances.
