is there any way for more of the Define Fields that i have changed to show up on the invoice?
eg
added how did you hear about us? but doesnt show on invoice
also the email doesnt show on the invoice?
is possible to see these?

ezPower / Making Long Description Searchable

is there any way of having the long description searchable so that it will show up in find product..
when our staff are looking for a product some of our product information is only listed in the long description
eg
Item / LB00002
Description / Bamboo Narrow
Long description / Bali Style Sandstone Letterbox
if we search for letterbox it doesnt bring up the above product
i have tried to add key words to the short description but they dont always fit...so as a standard input mode for products i have minimised the short description and added the main info to long description..
please let me know if this is possible as a standard setting somewhere
if not can i get it changed in the program..

ronald i have updated to v13 but still cant find the whole numbers only can you please tell me how as staff keep putting .03 instead of 3.0

i was just wondering is there a way of making it compulsory for staff to add customer details to every sale..
if not can i pay to get this done?
i also need to get some extra work done on the customer details page and invoice layout
we have been using manual sales forms up until now and there is a list that all staff must complete for every sale
how did you find us
delivery address
date required etc
if i provide you with a list can these be added to the customer details pages or the invoice layout pages?

I was wanting to upgrade to the latest version..
can you let me know the price..
also will I lose all of my add-ons upsell info etc?
and is there anything else that I may have to redo as a result of the upgrade?
also I posted about adding add-ons to multiple products is this possible?
eg I have 200 sinks to add to my latest inventory and want the add-ons of a sink waste to all of them is this possible? eg via csv
or do I have to manually complete the add-ons to each product via the product control

i have been adding a number of new products to my inventory...all of these items need the same add-ons is there a way of adding the same add ons to all of the new products rather than doing them all individually?

yes i am using the qty prompt..
i know they can use the box and type 1 from a keyboard but we are using the touch screen...so they usuall just push the 1 button on the qty prompt..
is there a way to default that to whole numbers and if it is a 3.5 they can manually impu 3.5..
or alternatively add a quick valu of 1 2 3 4 as there is already 5 10 15 etc most of our sales are 1-5 of each product..
also we are registered to granite by design... this is my billing details for the stone super store..

please help
i am adding over 1000 products from my website

but am having problems
is there a way to not have to put both zeros after adding quantity..
eg. not 3,0,0 for a total of 3
just push 3 one time..
my staff keep selling .01 of a product? instead of 1.00 products
