Hi Ronald,

I was trying to tryout the sales screen from retail to retail-reservation. I found the qty function at my sales screen change to duplicate. So if there is a item that sold at qty of 5, because I can't find a way to change back the duplicate button to qty, I need to select it 5 times and its showing it 5 lines in the description which is a bit annoying. Is it a way to change it back?

Pls help.

I have only 1 cashier at my shop due to limited space at the cashier area.  Sometimes my cashier off for break time, or sometimes she is busy, there is another cashier take over. I don't want to mix the cashier mix the money in the cash drawer.  Is it possible to have 1 pos system link with 2 cash drawer for 2 cashier. So cashier 1 will open cash drawer A and cashier 2 will open cash drawer B.

My report is still not working correctly. I tried to rename and renumber the store and register, yet is still showing 0.00 for all. Sorry for all this trouble. But I have been trying the remote function for a while now but still nothing.

Thank you for the update. I have installed the update in both computer to try out and it seems working fine. However, when I make a few sales in one of the computer (try out as stores) n view report on the home PC, although the system could search the store number and store name,  the report is not showing well.

View today's sales - showing all *
sales summary - $0.00 (but I finished a few sales in the laptop)
view Inventory - the qty did not reduce

Is it my setting wrong? As I configure a few email to test out but I did not receive any email of the reports too. I am using gmail. Smtp.gmail.com
Port 465.

Hi Ronald,

I bought the update to v14 and remote service and have been trying to play around with it trying to understand it before I mess around with the store pos system .

At home I install the v14 setup one in my home pc (as home office) and the other in my laptop (so easy for me to test out before I try hands on my store system). Can I do that to try instead of drive all the way down to the shop and do the setting and come back to try to see if it works? Will it affect my license for 1 store?? Please clarify.

Then I tried to follow the steps you mention in your cloud service forum. I am confused. Hope you can guide me.

I have set up the email on the laptop under product/ remote menu, I have set up the schedule to send report twice a day as well. When I press register, it showed 'this is a subscription service'. Probably the setup you send me have not set the subscription in I think.
On my home pc, I press the 'view remote reports' under the product/ remote menu. It showed 'this subsciption service has expired‘

Is it something that I set wrong? Also when you mention that v14 can view the report on handphone and tablet, how do you do that?

Hi Ronald,

After reading your great features of v14 , I bought the update and the remote services. I am having problem exporting the files fm v13 and import in v14 as it showed the files is incompatible. I tried search the forum but did not see any guide to import all the files in. Hope you can help.

1) What is the function for the import and export at v14 as I tried and did not see anything happen.
2) Can all my products, sales and customers all to be import into v14? What are the steps?
3) I tried the remote services function at my home pc and it showed this subscription had expired.?? I just bought the upgrade together.

I am sorry if I asked too many questions but I can't find any guide/steps on these.

Yes. I manage to plug the connector correctly and set it open drawer connected to printer. Whenver the sales finished it prints a receipt and open the cash drawer. However in the receipt the word 'Receipt#' is showing too big till its off the page and not even showing the number on it. The other details is printed fine. only this receipt# is not showing correctly. I could not find where to set it. Pls help.

Hi Ronald,

I used to have a serial port cash drawer but I think the connector is not working well as sometimes it doesn't want to open at all. So the new cash drawer is not serial port or usb port. Is RJ11 port (which looks like a telephone connector) which connects to my citizen CT-S651 printer. I set the printer and equipment/ open connected to printer but it did not open. Was my setting wrong? or do I need to set at my printer ?? Pls help.

Yes, if making a second club discount so we can easy select for our member if they pay by card upon checkout, that will make a lot easier for us coz a lot of item customer bought some we can discount more and some cannot discount. And payment by cash and card are different discount.

If version 14 can do that, I will upgrade to that version.

Hi Ronald,

I am using ezpower 13. Can you customize the club function to be 1 and 2? So when I scan the member card, if the customer is paying by card, I can set to use club discount 2 so the selected item goods can discount to certain percentage.
