Resize window buttons

We just upgraded to EZPower POS 13. In the older version we had resize buttons on the Sales window, so that we could minimize it when not in use.  I've looked through the settings and all I can find is a "Don't Maximize Window" setting. That makes the window smaller but still no resize buttons so that we can minimize it as needed. Is there any way to get those standard Windows buttons to show?

As I recall there was a conflict with all the window options in ezPower when Vista came out.  And it was necessary to eliminate those.
