Yes, it can be used on Windows 8 tablets. I've been using a ASUS tablet with Windows 8.1. One of our resellers buys Windows tablets on
www.newegg.com
for $99 and uses them for ordering stations.

Is it possible to use the ezpower through wifi? Most of these windows tablets are without a LAN connection. Also, please take effort to expand your application to "multi location" and waiter ordering system through tab for restaurant module. We are addicted to your system
hence doesn't want to move.

Rasheed.
Yes you can use the system over a WiFi connection on a windows tablet. Make sure that you have an exception for POS.exe in any firewalls that you are using and also make sure that you have good signal coverage in your environment.

Yes, Wi-Fi seems to be working very well these days. Just don't walk out of range.
