Are remote reports available in real time over the internet. It is very frustrating trying to do reports with customers coming in.

Reports can be emailed or updated to the internet but it's not in 'real time'. Remote reporting has to be scheduled.

Is this with the update of v14. I thought I read you could get into the reports over the internet

Having the reports emailed to you does not require the Web Service option.

UPDATE
With the Remote Services you can now view some reports on the internet. It can be your smart phone, laptop or any web-enabled device.

Is there a procedure somewhere to follow on how to view them on the internet? It sounds interesting, but I can' readily see any options to do that.
