Problem setting up Security/Employee

Hi Ronald,

I'm having an issue setting up employees

I get error message "This employee is not setup as a cashier"

As far as I can see I have setup the User as a Cashier already.

Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Open the Employee window and select the employee to be a cashier.  Press the Payroll tab.  Press the Add/Edit Jobs button.  The Status for this employee must say "Cashier" or "Any Job".

Also, the employee may need to be logged into the TimeClock before they will show up in the cashier log-in window, depending on your Security Settings.
