Tickets not visible in Navigate window.
« on: February 07, 2017, 09:20:22 AM »
Been using the excellent V8.51 for many years now. Recently, and inexplicably, tickets are no longer appearing in the Navigate window.
Originally thought someone had found their way into settings and changed something.... But I've tried and tried to correct it through settings, but nothing seems to work.
Any thoughts on what might have happened? Or how I can correct this problem?

The Pitch.

Wow! That's like 10 years old!
Open the Settings / General.  Check the filters.  Like "List Todays Sales", "List Cashier Sales"....  One of those may be the problem.

10 years old and still going strong... Until.
Yes, I've tried both of those - as well as other combinations.
Just can't get anything to appear in that Navigate window...

Uncheck all those filters.  Also, check your computer clocks date and time.

I've asked my wife to check the date/time as I'm away at the moment. Waiting to hear if it's sorted out the problem.

Had a thought last night though...
In Sales control - is there a possibility that there could be too much data in there? Too much to display in the Navigate window?
I'll get back when I hear if the date/time solves it...
