Customer orders then cashier press Name Tag then type Table1Cust1 then press Suspend but Printer at Kitchen not print Name Tag: Table1Cust1
How to set for printer to print Name Tag then chef cook knows this order from table1

Settings / Printer Options.  Print Customer Address will do it.

On the sales screen you can use the Navigation window (Settings / General, Show Navigation).  This window has filters to control what tickets you see.  Try checking the Open Tickets filter.
There is also the "Sales List" function you can add to the sales screen.  This will show a list of open tickets and you can close out tickets.
