Hello
We have run this software since 2012 version ??
The only hassle we have had is when the database got overloaded and the specialist in Melbourne had to fix it up
Overall we cannot justify buying another software
Not sure we want to upgrade the version either

You can download a free full working demo of version 14.  I think it's very much worth upgrading for only $79.99.  It's really loaded with added reports and features.
