(BUG) v14, Adjust Reports ALL show "0" Adjustment to Inventory and Cost

As title explains my employees have been checking in shipments arriving and normally I review them and match up through the Inventory > Adjust report they print that they checked in 20 products and that 20 products are on the vendors shipping label.  I went to check last night and every report I could find has zero for inventory as well as cost.  I'll attach a link to dropbox pictures

The quantity is all zero's in the Adjust column.  That will make no change.  I assume you have done this before without any problem.  I've used that function 1000's of times.

Correct, that's the problem. The quantity is all zeros even though we're checking in inventory. The inventory is actually getting added into the system but the report is showing as zeros. So we add in 40 products but the report shows zero quantity even though it correctly lists the description.

We've used Inventory Adjust nearly every single day to add our inventory since I've bought the program. It's always worked flawlessly but is not anymore. There should all be numbers in the adjust column.

So after doing some digging in our reports I realize that anything from January 23rd and before was working correctly with the correct values for the Adjust column (from us checking in products.) The problem started on January 24th and has been incorrect ever since. I believe the 23rd is when I did one of the updates you emailed me and ever since that update it's been messed up somehow. Makes a nightmare of tracking inventory checked in and making sure all quantities were correctly checked in.

Products that are set as "Services" will not add to inventory.  Services has no inventory.

This is me Ronald! lol, I know all that. 

These are not services and for years the Adjust Reports have worked flawlessly always showing units checked in and their value.  As of a week ago after an update they are all now 0.

At least it is showing the names/descriptions of items checked in but for some reason it is not giving the Adjust column any value, however it really does add the product to inventory in the system.  Inventory on an item will go from 0 to 1, but the report shows 0 checked in .... but still shows the descriptions.

The inventory is correct but the report show nothing was added?  Which report are you using?

The update you just e-mailed me fixed the problem!  YEEEAAAAHHHH!!!!!

The update will fix the reports going forward.
It's possible to fix the reports.  Open the ezp / Adjust folder.  Edit the text files with Excel to fix the quantity field.
