FOB is free on board or freight on board.  The field in the sales screen is for a shipping message shown on the invoice.
To add a shipping charge you can use the Handling field.  just click on it to add the cost.  Or create a shipping cost service item.
The Sales Info button can be used to enter information such as a tracking#.
All sales are suspended automatically if you leave the sales screen or open a different sale.

How to print barcode on invoice, i can print on receipt but invoice not show

There is no option to print the barcode on a Invoice.  Only on the roll receipt.
