Ronald, Not sure about Microsoft .NET. Is this something I need to add to my computer or is it normally loaded.  I understand that you would have no idea what is on my computer but how would I find out if I have or need it/

You need .NET to run Mercury payment software.  Look at the Window Update Center to see if you need it.
