To help you we need:
1 - The business name the software was registered to. If you are using the demo then specify Demo.
2 - What version# are you using.
3 - Give as much detail as possible.
Please give as much information as you can and be as accurate as possible with your questions. Most of our reply's are wasted time spent trying to figure out the question. When does the problem happen? What error messages are you getting? Include a complete Version# with your business name. The more information the faster we can help. If you spend an extra 10 seconds with better information you will get better information back!!!
