how to print a trade in receipt

hi ,can anyone help me ,would like to know how to setup so if someone trades something into my shop that i can scan in ,is there a way of taking is name address etc... and then printing a receipt on the receipt printer that he/she signs to say they have traded in the item ?

yes want to use trade-in button  ,example  : we buy a item (trade-in ) off customer ,we scan the barcode it finds and will print a receipt showing the item trade in price ,what i want to do is scan what items the person is trading in ,take there name and address and print off a receipt and get them to sign the receipt to say they accept the trade-in ?

does the software allow this?

Use the Trade-in button to do what you want.  If it's not there use the Mangers, Tools / Arrange Function Buttons to add it to the sales screen.
