I tested the software on the points redeem. I enter the customer details and press the customer button first, after doing all the purchasing, I click finish to finish the sale. The receipt printed paid but customer points balance are not shown in the receipt. Is there a place to print so my customer know how many points they have?
I have checked the offer to points redeem under General setting but still not showing. The system also not prompting the goods for my customer to redeem before finishing the sale. Is there something I missed?
