Is there a way to sort the Products under a Category?

I notice that the products are being sorted by using the time they are input into the system.  But lets say I want to put my very best sellers at the beginning of the list.  Is there a way to do that.  I thought by changing the Item # it would do that but it didn't.  I see I can sort Dept. & Categories, but what about actual Items within those Categories?

Use the Tools / Arrange Product Buttons.
