Installed an encrypted card reader and associated software Jan 2011. With all the news about PCI and new chip enabled cards coming out is there a roadmap to updating readers to the newer standards?

The company's that provide credit card processing for us are all PCI compliant. Chip processing will be supported as well. What company are you processing with?

That is a very old software, before PCI came out with their regulations. You would have to update your software and start an account with one of our current providers. We do not support MW currently.
