Voids not being deducted in Z out
«

G'day. I'm using eZPos 13 and have noticed that when a sale is voided, it is not deducted from the Z-out or the Daily Summary. Some other reports are not accurate. Is there a fix for these?
Thanks

A Void Sale should almost never be used. It removes the sale and payment. Never use a Void Sale when a customer does a return. Start a new sale and use the Return function. The only time I can see using a void is if a customer changes their mind 5 seconds after completing the sale.

Agree, I also sometimes will use VOID SALE if doing training, but that is the ONLY time I personally ever use it.
