Pole Display does not show total.

Using Ez14. The pole display does not display the total price that the customer need to pay.

I am using 2 line display Epson emulation.

The item description on first line.
Qty and Price on 2nd line.

Using cash only payment mode. When i press cash and drawer come out. It just show "Thank You"

As I remember it shows the amount due when the Payment window opens.

I using cash as the only payment mode, i assigned the CASH icon to the function button to do fast payment. I didnt use the Change Due screen.

So in my case, no payment screen and change due screen. Its sort of fast service kiosk. Anyway to resolve this ? The old version v10 using this setup i remember dont have this issue (seem so).

Our programmer looked into this and found a way to show the total when using the Cash payment button from the sales screen.  We sent you a email with the update.  If you don't see it check your spam folder.

It shows the Total and Balance when the "Enter Cash Paid" window is open.  That's the only place the message can be shown.
