Is the ezpro program run on 16 bit or 32 bit software?

I believe it runs on either as long as you have Windows XP or later.  The best options are W7, 8 or 10.  But, to be sure it works on your system download and try the free demo.  They are full working versions.  The issue with XP is you must have the last Service Pack 2.

Opps.  Did you mean 32 or 64?  Nothing runs on 16 bit anymore.

Yes I didn't have my numbers correct. We installed on a new computer Windows 10 . Program seems to be running a bit slower than it was before the change. We have a 64 bit set up and I think we are running EZpro in 32 bit. How do I check which one I'm running?

That wouldn't be the problem.  Check that your firewall and security software has the POS.exe with full access priviages and is not being checked.  That will make a big difference.  Also, Windows 10 needs a lot of RAM.
