E-mail Z-out missing carraige returns

Using Version 14, when we e-mail the z-out report to our retail manager the content is showing as one big long single line, wrapping per viewing window size. Tried viewing with both Thunderbird client and our e-mail service's webmail browser client and both do this. Is there some way to get the content to look more like the printed report?

What exact procedure are you doing to email the z report?

They click on the Envelope Icon on the Z-out screen after they have done their cash reconciliation but prior to accepting the Z-out. They did the same with the old version (v8) (icon different). The report comes as the body of the e-mail, not an attachment. With v8 it was formatted pretty well the same as the printed report; v14 is missing the line feeds/carriage returns so quite difficult to read.

Try this.  Open the path to the email folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\DR14\Email".  Inside you'll see some files.  Open the "body.txt".  That contains the body of the email.  On my test it looks like this with CR's all there:

Check the body.txt file as suggested. This file was formatted correctly when opened using Notepad.  Went back to E-mail settings, noticed use HTML format was checked; removed that check and resent a z-out e-mail. With HTML not checked the content of the e-mail appears correctly.  Must be a glitch in whatever is being used to convert the body.txt file to html is not inserting <BR> where carriage returns exist in source. We are fine with not using HTML.
